My next Audio assignment required that me to pick one of my favorite bands or artists and at least five of their songs to mash. I loved this assignment, it had me listening to some of my favorite old tunes from the funnest decade of my life; childhood! I grew up listening to this band and the artist in this band regularly in my families homes. During some of the most memorable moments in my life; picnics, barbecues, birthday celebrations, July 4th gatherings, and just overhearing the adults having parties from the back room where all the kids usually had to stay during those occasions. Funkadelic, Bootsy Collins, and George Clinton have surpassed generations of the times to become classics in at least the African American community or for that fact anyone who enjoyed the psychedelic,funky, butterfly collar, big hair wearing time period.
