Only 20 minutes? You kidding me right?

Walt Disney once said, “If you can dream it, you can do it.” So the assignment we had to do this week is the 20 minute PhotoBlitz. 20 minutes not bad I think I could do less but anyways here’s my PhotoBlitz list:

  • Make a photo of an outdoor scene free of any human artifacts.
  • Take an extreme close-up of an easily recognizable, common object.
  • A photo that looks better in black and white than it did in color.
  • Take a picture of construction.
  • Noses, schnozes, beaks, snouts, probosci, snoots. Get the picture!
  • Take a photo using a camera setting that you are unfamiliar with.
  • Take a photo of an object that represents how old you feel.

Actually here let me screen shot it just to show proof:

I couldn’t paste it in here and it would just show the html version only. I decided to do this 20 minute challenge by taking the pictures on the UMW campus. So let’s begin!

Start time:

I kind of lost my phone in my room so it took me a few minutes to find it when I realized it was under my pillow the whole time so that’s why I started at 12:25 pm.

Make a photo of an outdoor scene free of any human artifacts:

I took this picture right behind Randolph which is where I stay and I went down hill a bit to take this picture.

Take an extreme close-up of an easily recognizable, common object:

I had my pen on my desk the whole time so I decided to use that since it’s the most easily recognizable, common object

A photo that looks better in black and white than it did in color:

This was right when I went up to hill right next to Randolph to go to the Bell Tower and took this picture.

Take a picture of construction:

A construction that has been going on right next to the nest and post office.

Noses, schnozes, beaks, snouts, probosci, snoots. Get the picture:

Taking a picture of my nose was the only option I had.

Take a photo using a camera setting that you are unfamiliar with:

I used Panorama as one of my Camera settings that I haven’t used before at all and was unfamiliar with. Turns out it led to me to a beautiful picture of the bell tower and parts of the walk on campus.

Take a photo of an object that represents how old you feel:

The GameCube makes me feel old. If you think about it, there’s the ps4, ps3, xbox 360, and other game consoles. The GameCube is the oldest out of those three. I played it ever since I was a little kid. Love it even till now I still play it with my roommate in super smash bros. I know I’ll beat him in it soon.

So I basically finished the fun assignment as my last assignment for this week. Here are some other pictures I took just for fun:
