The Wire this week was really interesting. I did not see the thing with Sobatka coming (although in hindsight I should have). Th ending to the season was also handled really well. I like that this season finale had the same feel as the last one. The montage and the court case and people getting away. Even though they didn’t put all of the bad guys away, it still felt realistic and there still seemed to be closure because it was a good season ending.
For my assignments for the week, I really wanted to do an assignment with a dramatic reading of lyrics set to other music, so I made the assignment (worth 3.5 stars) and then did my post of it as a tutorial. The version that I did for it was super cheesy, but it was really fun to make so I’m very happy that I did this assignment. I also did the cheesy radio ad for your school (worth 3 stars), and made a UMW radio ad that is so cheesy, I wouldn’t put it past the school to actually use it. I also made a radio bumper (worth 1.5 stars) to be used for the radio assignment, and a All Me in a Scene assignment (worth 2 stars).
