What’s up ds106-ers!  I know everyone is getting ready for the upcoming radio shows!  For our group, we have decided to go with the theme “The Science Behind The Wire”.  For this project, Ien and I have a lot of research into wiretapping science and surveillance techniques.  Jeremy is doing research into the legality of wiretaps and possible legal issues that arise when police agencies conduct surveillance.  Carmela is going to be the link between our nerdy science talk and the show: She is going to incorporate real-world surveillance topics that we bring up and incorporate that technology into the show and how it was used in “The Wire”.

Additionally, we have each done (or will do before the completed radio show) a commercial and a radio bumper to interject into the broadcast.  We will pick a few of these to use, but the plan is to have 4 commercials and 4 bumpers to use.
