This week was a very interesting week for me in ds106. All of my other classes were starting to come to an end so that gave me so much less time to do my work for ds106. I had a lot of fun doing my work this week its just sad that the semester is coming to an end and my time in ds106 is almost over. Here is my work from the week.

I really didn’t know what to think when I first saw this daily create but I said ehh let’s have some fun. I saw the first caption that was on the tdc page but I wanted to be a little more different and a little creative and that’s when my idea came to my head. I hope you like it.

I enjoyed the video discussion but unfortunately my group leader couldn’t record the video. There were a lot of good points made. Another thing went wrong as I accidentally deleted my screenshots before the discussion so literally right at the beginning of the discussion I went back and grabbed my screenshots again. I have them here along with the reasons why I took them. I hope you enjoy them. This week’s Wire episodes were probably more exciting then most of the other weeks. I really felt like the writers and producers did a great job of bringing the season to an end. I feel like they closed some chapters very well but also left some doors open for the next season. As I watched the last three episodes I couldn’t help but ponder on how the young boys would take the spotlight for the next season. I was really excited about these episodes. Daily Create Suggestions:
My first daily create suggestion was the Camouflage challenge. The object is to take a picture of yourself with some camouflage on or something that is camouflaging in the world naturally.
My second daily create suggestion was The Personal hero write up. The object of this daily create was to write about a person has had a positive effect on your life. You should write about the one person who has played that role in your life.

I had a lot of fun creating these two assignments. The harder of the two was probably the Can’t Get It Out Of My Head assignment, because I had whistled the song about four times before I actually recorded it so I was losing my breath. Here are the assignments that I did for my final project. It’s really fun to go into them thinking like McNulty. I had a lot of fun with the Read poster in particular. I thought it was fun and would be interesting. They all made me think for a few minutes and I like that.
