My Coding Environment

To set up my coding environment, I first downloaded Anaconda and the Python launcher. This was the main part of my configuration of my coding environment.  I thought that my computer would be the best place for me to hold all of my programming work. Since I use my computer every day and there aren’t that many things taking up memory, I felt that my computer would work best as the home for all of my coding work. Once I had downloaded both Anaconda and Python, I really didn’t know what to do. I was lost in a new world. I launched Jupyter notebook and tried to see what was what. Then I figured out that within Jupyter notebook I could save my notebooks and each session to the files tab. I thought this would be the best and most obvius way for me to find and return to my work.

For the purpose of showing off my work, I am going to be taking screenshots of my work in Jupyter notebook and posting them to the Applied Digital Studies page that you are currently viewing. I was lost with how to share my work straight to slack, so I thought this might be the best alternative for me to put my work out there for the world to see. This is my coding environment
