I was thoroughly interested all the way through episode 11. What kept me captivated was how McNaulty reacted to the shooting situation. It showed the emotion that people share with one another. It also shows that working with one person for a certain stint of time will create a bond that is really strong. This made me wonder about all of the people who are involved in Barksdale’s gang. I see how much they care for one another and how hard they take it when someone dies or gets taken away. That being said, I understand Stringer Bell and his fury when he found out that Little Man shot Kima. The other thing that caught my attention was how most of the superior officers turned to wanting Daniels and his team to get the job done. I feel that everything that McNaulty has done and caused was worth it. Everyone is now all in. I also feel that this episode presents a commentary about police oficers. It was when Herc and Carver stole some of the drug money. It makes me wonder if this is something that really happens in real life. This episode was packed with a lot of engaging material.
