Week six was just as brutal as the first five weeks. The work is definitely enjoyable, a transformative experience learning of all the concepts that collaborate to convey the designer’s message. Still it was just too much with having to learn the in’s and out’s about the different tools to make it all come to life with, the process puts you behind when there has been no past experience working with many of these programs.

Daily Creates

The first assignment I chose was the writing assignment “The Pirates have landed”. i didn’t get to blog about it that day but it can be seen here. The next daily create I named “H2O and Glass” I decided to play with this daily create a little by making my water glow under a black light. A tutorial I followed located here on YouTube. The ending result was what some commented as being alien water pictured below

And the very last of my daily creates I created was the empathy map.

Video Discussion

I did my second video discussion of the semester on The Wire Season 2 Episode 9 along with Nicky Memita, Paul Bond, and Professor Groom seen below:

It was interesting to find out that all four of us picked very similar pics to the ones that I provided with discussing elements of design within the episode.

Design Assignments

Design Assignments took some time to do but I did not give up on completing when many times I attempted to do just that. Those assignments can be seen here

DesignBlitz
