This is my last post for this course, never thought it would end this quickly! Overall, I have enjoyed my time in this course. I truly learned a lot throughout the semester that I thought I was incapable of. This week we focused on our finals.
The Wire
Season 4, Episodes 11,12, and 13-
Namond Brice buys dinner for his friends. They sit down with Donut and discuss the murder of little Kevin. Officer Walker walks by and tells the boys to move on thinking that they are up to no good. The boys plan revenge on Walker for his assault on Donut and they know the bar where Police officers like to hang out is a good place to find him. Walker finds someone scratching his car and chases him into a setup and gets the ring he took from Omar and they pour yellow paint on him. Officer McNulty finds Bodie hiding out in a diner when he goes for lunch.
Stanfield organization enforcers Chris Partlow and Snoop chase Michael Lee with guns drawn to an abandon warehouse where he surprises them with a paintball gun and impresses them. Then they go out and talk about what Michael has learned and he told them about where to target someone on their body. Lester continues the search for “Lex“ in a vacant house.
Jay Landsman walks into homicide unit office humming a Christmas carol until he sees several red names being added to the case board. Later on Landsman and Norris went to go talk to Bubbles and when they do, he is distraught and is undergoing withdraw. He throws up on both of them so they go clean themselves up, but when they come back they find Bubbles attempted to hang himself from the ceiling and they cut him down. Landsman is pleased that Bubbles survived. Landsman tells Norris to let him go and to send him to rehab.
