DSTW 76.5 Reflection

DSTW 76.5 was such a great radio show! It was well put together and a lot of effort was apparent. I love how you guys played different characters! The news theme was great, very accurate of what happens in Baltimore. They did a great job summarizing main events in The Wire from crime, drugs, murders, Avon, and the docks.

The crime stoppers was probably my favorite segment, it was so funny how the ‘witnesses’ acted on air. The segments followed well together from crime, to the arrest, bad drugs in prison, then the basketball game.

The 911 calls were great, I loved the girl, the daughter, in the background in the second call. It was so entertaining!

The only thing I found myself not focusing on was the segment on Frank Saboka. It was a little too long, maybe if there was some background noise to it, it might have kept the attention longer.

The commercial relevant to us all about Mary Washington was great to draw attention, since you know the audience listening already have an interest in it.

The show was fantastic, it did a great job including all parts to The Wire that were important. You guys did a great job at keeping it interesting!
