This assignment was the most time consuming one so far, but I am impressed on how it turned out! I used Florida Georgia Line as the artist to tell the story. Since, I already had their songs on iTunes, I just used Audacity to record it.

 

Process:

• I picked the songs I wanted to use
  • Take it Out on Me
  • Stay
  • What are you Drinking About
  • People Back Home
  • Dirt
  • Dayum Baby Dayum
  • Tip it Back
• I listened to each one and tried to pick out times that would flow well into each other
  • this took a good few hours, but it worked out well
• I recorded the songs into Audacity and made copies of them, so I wouldn’t have to record them again after I trimmed them
• I then trimmed them to the section I needed, and moved the other tracks to go after.

One thing, which I don’t know how to prevent, is the rhythm changes, other than that I was impressed!
