An original poem related to the theme of my blog? I like it. For another audio assignment, I decided to tackle this prompt. Since my blog has a very heavy space theme, and one of the main topics in general is art, I decided to relate how the cosmos themselves are almost like a work of art. I recorded this on my phone, and uploaded it straight to soundcloud.

Space is almost like art, you know.
The darkness a blank canvas
And the galaxies like splotches of paint
Nebulae, a blend of colors
Illuminating this vast unknown

Space is even ephemeral like art, verily so
With everything expanding ever outwards
Until eventually, all the beauty is too far away to see

And stars die and planets decay
Like a painting aging in the sun
Like a sculpture eroding away
